Trip Leaders will need to register their vehicles on the online Tour Access Request form. Download the PDF document and print it out. Then document the information about the vehicles and be ready to input the information into the online request form.
NOTE: If you decide to take other vehicles at the last minute, then just send the Cave Access Manager a private email with the changed information.
